Project Report for Starting an Import Unit

The client wished to start an import unit for importing and distributing a branded cycle from China. We put together a report giving a background of the industry and the growth of cycle sales in India. We also covered the various competitors in India. We looked at the financial commitment that would be required for him to be able to take the business forward. We laid down a complete business plan mentioning all of the requirements for the business, the structuring of the supply chain for the business as well as the marketing and media utilization that he needed to do. We also gave him 5 year forward financial projections indicating the breakeven point as well as the revenue outlook. Based on the project report the client was able to secure a bank loan and start his business.

Mall Designing and Operations

For a client wishing to build a mall, wanted us to plan out the entire mall as well as the organization to handle the mall. We put together a comprehensive report on how the mall should be designed to be different from the rest of the malls in the vicinity. We put together a strategy document underlining every little thing that that mall must take care of. How space should be dedicated to different amenities. How the retail space should be priced and how deals can be structured with different entities. We put together a detailed matrix on the possible tenants that the mall can and must have. We helped the implementation effort as well, which involved finding architects and contractors for the construction of the mall. We helped them recruit retailers for the mall and structured deals for them as well.

Setting Up an Export Company

For a client who wished to set up an company for export as well as import of various products including pharmaceuticals, handicrafts, chocolates and cosmetics. We helped put together a comprehensive business plan considering all of the factors for the setting up of the business. We analysed the market within and outside India and provided suggestions on the type of products that the client should be dealing with.The legal aspects of setting up the business and the certifications needed for the same. We put together a strategy for the company and the approach that they should adopt for proceeding further with the business. Financial projections for the business and the breakevens and revenue forecasts. We did the branding for the business and it was appreciated by the south-east Asian companies that he was in talks with. Further to this project, the client has appointed us as the business development director for his company. We are currently involved at the same capacity with this client.

Hotel Design and Management Recruitment

A client of ours wanted to set up a hotel in Rajasthan, we put together a theme as well as design for the hotel that was to be built. Further we took up discussions with major 7-star and 5-star hotels to manage the property that was to be built. We helped in the client with negotiations with the hotels and to put together a deal that was agreeable to both.
