On the Buy side, we assist in identification of potential targets, due diligence, business valuation, negotiation, and coordinating the entire acquisition process with the company’s internal teams and external advisors. We use our network of local and international sources to find the right fit.
We assist in identifying strategic domestic and global joint venture partners or alliances to effectively leverage the strengths of the client and to procure access rights to IP and technology etc. This service would also include setting up of effective communication and control channels to have a seamless operation with the strategic partner.
