Col Shabbar Shahid (Retd)
Colonel Shabbar Shahid is an Indian Army Veteran and a mechanical engineer by profession. He commenced his career at Godrej and Boyce Mfg Co, Mumbai in 1982. Joined the Indian Army in Dec 1988. Gained experience in technology and human resource management while serving the nation for over 34 years at 20 different locations.
Administration and management of engineering setups are his forte and teaching his passion. A born student, he completed his PhD in management while serving with the Indian Army and he continues to be a student.
His experience includes a three year tenure at Defense Research and Development Organisation. He has commanded an Army battalion of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers in the North East part of India and has extensive experience in setting up new workshops, establishing procedures and building result oriented teams.
Some of his notable accomplishments include establishment of engineering infrastructure for servicing of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) in North East India during 2007, Setting up an infrastructure for testing, maintenance and repair of Anti tank guided missile systems in Northern India during 1998 and setting up infrastructure facilities for servicing of Armoured Fighting Vehicles in Central India during 1994. He was awarded the Army Commander's commendation for his outstanding work during the command of a battalion.

Col Radkar is an Indian Army Veteran and an alumni of the prestigious College of Engineering Pune (COEP). He has served across the length and breadth of the country as an Army officer and commanded a heavy engineering battalion of the Indian Army in the Northern region. He also holds a diploma in Industrial and Business Management, an advance Work Study course from Institute of Technical Management, Mussoori besides a Six Sigma course from Engineering Staff College of India, Hyderabad.
A thorough technocrat and administrator, he commenced his working life at Philips India in 1985 before joining the Indian Army in 1987. His multifarious experiences includes serving as a logistic commander in the UN Peace keeping force at Mozambique, General manager of a large Army Workshop involved in the overhaul of Russian tanks where he was instrumental in implementing the ISO 9000 certification, Chief Adviser and coordinator at a technical headquarter responsible for equipment life cycle management and General Manager Administration at a large Army workshop in J&K.
He also had a three year stint at Defence Research and Development Organisation where he was involved not only in design and testing but also served as an interface between the Army and civil establishments. Col Anand Kumar KV, VSM is an Indian Army Veteran with a distinguished service of over three decades in the Army for which he has been honoured with a Vishist Seva Medal (VSM) besides Chief of Army Staff's commendation and Army Commander's commendation.

Some of his notable achievements include designing an Engineering Support Package for the battle tanks, contribution towards design and development of heavy recovery vehicle for the battle tanks and facilitating indeginisation of several engineering spares and components during his stint with the department of indeginisation.

He commanded an Army unit in Counter Insurgency Operations in J&K, Served with Boarder Road Organisation and has been associated with quality assurance at Army Base workshops.
